Theft charges: Martha L. Miller, 47, of 17 Applewood Drive, New Eagle, was charged by Rostraver police with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and retail theft for incidents Jan. 18 and 19 in Walmart, 100 Sara Way. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.

Vehicle crash: Penny Spohn, 31, of Marianna, was cited for not having a driver’s license after a one-vehicle crash Tuesday. According to state police, Spohn was traveling east on Lone Pine Road near Langes Lane when she lost control of her car, crossed the center line and struck an embankment and a guardrail. Spohn was transported to Washington Hospital via ambulance with what appeared to be minor injuries.
