Former Waynesburg woman pleads to DUI
WAYNESBURG – A former Waynesburg woman was sentenced to 72 hours to 6 months in jail after pleading guilty Monday before Greene County Judge Lou Dayich to driving under the influence of alcohol.
Jessica Rose Geib, 30, formerly of 161 S. Cumberland St., had a 0.194 percent blood-alcohol content when she was arrested Oct. 26, 2012, in Franklin Township.
After Geib failed to report for a court proceeding in June 2013, a bench warrant was issued for her arrest.
Geib also pleaded guilty to driving without a license. In addition to the jail sentence, she was ordered to pay a $300 fine and perform 40 hours of community service.
