Noblestown Road work planned
Two projects are planned on Noblestown Road in Collier Township next week.
Pavement drilling and research work will be done Monday through Friday, weather permitting. The single-lane restriction already in place will be lengthened from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day between Pinkerton Run Road and Nike Site Road. Crews from Pennsylvania Drilling Co. will be performing the work.
Inspection work will be done on the bridge that takes the road over Robinson Run, weather permitting.
Lane restrictions will occur on the bridge, located near the Interstate 79 interchange, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling through the area.
