Assault charge: Timothy Lee Black, 26, of 116 Parkview Knoll Road, Carmichaels, was charged with simple assault and harassment for allegedly putting a woman in a headlock, choking her and wrestling her to the ground early Friday morning at his residence. Police said the woman suffered brushburns on her face.
