Firearms violation alleged: Rusty Shane Adams, 26, Waynesburg, was charged by state police with firearms not to be carried without a license following a traffic stop Feb. 13 on Interstate 79 in Franklin Township. Police said they stopped Adams for speeding at 9 p.m. and found him in possession of a gun that he did not have a license to carry.

Liquor violation citation: The Perfect Round, 1005 Rolling Meadows Road, Franklin Township, received citations Wednesday from the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly serving alcohol to a 19-year-old Dec. 20. The charges will be brought before an administrative law judge.

Crash: One woman was taken to a hospital with suspected minor injuries after a crash about 11:30 a.m. Friday on Washington Road in Washington Township. Police said Nicole R. Sled, 39, of Duquesne, was traveling south on Washington Road when she tried to make a U-turn and struck another vehicle. Sled was treated for minor injuries at WHS-Greene hospital. The other driver, a 44-year-old Waynesburg man, was not injured, according to police.
