Drivers identified: State police identified the drivers in a three-vehicle crash about 4:10 p.m. Saturday on Route 40 at McKee Road, Canton. A vehicle driven by James C. Stewart, 43, of Washington, pulled from McKee and was trying to cross Route 40 to Mounts Road when it struck an eastbound vehicle driven by Earl Klages of Washington. Klages’ vehicle then collided head-on with a westbound vehicle driven by Andrea H. Chase, 22, of Claysville.

Assault arrest: Dennis J. Dalton, 44, of 826 Vista Road, Chartiers, was arrested Friday night by township police on two counts of harassment and one count of simple assault for allegedly pushing his sister into a wall and hitting his niece during a confrontation. He was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Prescription stolen: Doris Davis of 404 Castle Road told Chartiers police Sunday her prescription medication was stolen from her home.

Barn fire: State police said damage from a Feb. 15 fire at an outbuilding at 57 Lynn Portal Road was too extensive for the agency’s fire marshal unit to identify the cause and origin of the fire. Firefighters were dispatched to a barn fire on the property at 11:47 p.m. and arrived to find the building collapsed and was on fire. Mt. Pleasant fire officials said no one was injured during the incident. State police said nothing suspicious was found or reported.

Vandalism: A man reported the passenger-side window of his vehicle was broken while it was parked on Mulberry Street between 3 p.m. Feb. 5 and 12 a.m. Feb. 6. Nothing was stolen.

Bottle thrown: Shawn Zombeck of 336 E. Lincoln St. told McDonald police a bottle containing an unknown liquid was thrown at his house Saturday night. A green BMW was seen driving away from his home.

Theft arrest: Sheri Lynn Cyr, 37, of 1203 Meadow Ave., Charleroi, was arrested Friday on a warrant on charges of retail theft and theft by deception filed by South Strabane police accusing her of stealing items from Walmart, Trinity Point, in September and returning the items for a gift card. She was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

Garage window broken: Allison Johnson of 52 W. Katherine Ave. told Washington police Monday a window in her garage was broken.

Brick thrown: Jessica Gregg of 147 Brookside Ave. told Washington police Sunday a brick was thrown through a front window of her home.

Threats alleged: Yolanda Sanders, 31, no known address, was taken into custody Saturday after reportedly twice threatening a 60-year-old man at his East Hallam Avenue home, where she was staying prior to being evicted, police said. She was placed in Washington County jail on a probation detainer and will be charged later in connection with the alleged threats.

Vehicle damaged: Denny M. Miller of Washington told Washington police Saturday his pickup truck was damaged when it went over a manhole cover that came loose in the 200 block of Jefferson Avenue. A back wheel fell into the hole. Repairs were made to the manhole Sunday.

Warrant arrest: Lorenzo Lloyd, 30, of 130 Hall Ave., Washington, was taken into custody on a domestic relations warrant Friday after police say he was found in the 400 block of East Maiden Street with suspected drug paraphernalia. He was placed in Washington County jail on the warrant.

Quad found: State police are seeking information about a green quad found near the intersection of Suzy Lane and National Pike on the afternoon of July 13, 2016. The make, model, vehicle inspection number and other identifiers are known to police. Anyone with information can call state police in Belle Vernon at 724-929-6262.
