Route 88 work planned

Drilling work on Route 88 (Library Road) and Clifton Road in Bethel Park, Allegheny County, started today and will continue through Jan. 20.

Restrictions will occur as needed on Library Road between Church Hill Road and the Allegheny County Port Authority T-station. Restrictions also will occur on Clifton Road at the intersection with Library Road. Work will occur from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays. Crews from NGE will conduct drilling operations for subsurface investigation for a future road project. Flaggers will control traffic.
