NAACP to hold Martin Luther King service

The NAACP Washington branch will hold its annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. birthday celebration at 4:30 p.m. Sunday at John Wesley United Methodist Church, Central Avenue, Washington. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Louis Ridgley.
