Washington police obtain warrants for 2 men wanted on felony charges
Washington police are looking for two men wanted on felony charges filed in separate cases last month.
Mark “Doc” Kisner, 48, of Pittsburgh, and Donald M. Yeager, 56, whose last known address was 530 W. Chestnut St., Washington, had the arrest warrants issued against them by District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Kisner is charged with two counts of indecent assault and one count each of corruption of minors, aggravated indecent assault, luring a child and interfering with custody of a child. Court documents indicate that he inappropriately touched a boy between 2013 and 2016 when the child was about 9 years old.
He is also accused of touching a young girl. The girl told investigators he would give her stuffed animals and tell her not to say what had happened. He also reportedly took her to his home without her mother’s permission. She allegedly referred to him as “Doc.”
Yeager is accused of burglarizing Spossey’s Hair Center, located in the same building as his apartment. The burglary was discovered Dec. 5 when Lisa Gorby arrived at work and found the front door unlocked and a pane of glass broken in the window. A panel blocking a former door leading to the apartments in the building was also damaged.
A .38-caliber revolver owned by L. Anthony Spossey was stolen along with eight checks. Yeager allegedly cashed the checks for almost $2,000. He is seen on surveillance cashing one of those checks, according to court records.
Yeager is charged with burglary, forgery, theft and person not to possess a firearm.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kisner or Yeager should call city police at 724-223-4226.
