Lane closed on Interstate 70
The state Department of Transportation has advised motorists of the immediate closure of the westbound passing lane on Interstate 70 at the West Newton/Mt. Pleasant Exit 51 in South Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County.
PennDOT said the closure is located on the bridge that carries I-79 over Route 31 and is in place to allow crews to perform emergency deck repairs.
