Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Gavin L. Pager, 27, 512 E. Chestnut St., Apt. 1B, Washington; access device fraud and false identification to law enforcement; charged Sept. 25, 2015, and June 4; sentence – four years of probation and restitution.
Tyler J. Demianczyk, 26, 93 Hornhead Road, McDonald; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 15; sentence – six months of probation.
Brent A. Shiflett, 26, 210 Second St., Elkins, W.Va.; retail theft; charged Oct. 17, 2012; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with Walmart.
William A. Richards, 29, 1215 McKean Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 26; sentence – six months of probation.
Kaiesha N. Montgomery, 21, 1658 Westmoreland St., Pittsburgh; conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged June 17; sentence – two years of probation and no contact with any store at Tanger Outlets.
Crystal M. Yocolano, 36, 414 Fourth St., Monessen; simple possession; charged Feb. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Mecca L. Vaccaro, 41, 533 Park Ave., Monongahela; resisting arrest and driving under suspension; charged May 15; sentence – 12 months of probation, $500 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 60 days on electronic home monitoring.
Richard M. Ritenour, 39, 143 Main St., Bentleyville; manufacturing a controlled substance and fleeing or eluding; charged April 21 and June 28; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail and 100 hours of community service.
Maria D. Meuey, 26, 5460 Penn Ave., Pittsburgh; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Dec. 8, 2015; sentence – 24 months of probation.
Robert C. Margoni, 27, 438 Green St., Belle Vernon; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension; charged Oct. 9, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Michelle Parkinson, 35, 200 Jollick Manor, Washington; retail theft; charged Sept. 4; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Shop ‘n Save.
Deonna Paxton, 32, 104 Warren St., Bentleyville; retail theft and access device fraud; charged Sept. 4, 2015, and Dec. 18, 2015; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim and Dollar General stores.
