John Patrick Brooks Jr., 29, 3197 Bel Aire Drive, Pittsburgh; access device fraud; charged Aug. 5; sentence – two years of probation and no contact with Miller’s Ace Hardware.
Ryan Christopher Brooks, 23, 1640 Fiat St., Pittsburgh; access device fraud; charged May 5, 2016; sentence – three years of probation and no contact with Miller’s Ace Hardware.

Amber Lee Campbell, 22, 252 Donnan Ave., Washington; access device fraud and conspiracy to commit robbery; charged March 15 and Oct. 21, 2015; sentence – four years in the intermediate punishment program, nine months on electronic home monitoring, no contact with victim, 7-Eleven or West End Bottle Shop and restitution.
