Retail theft: Brandi J. Stallard, 34, of 235 Third Ave., Crucible, was charged by state police with felony retail theft following an incident last month at the Family Dollar store on North Eighty Eight Road in Jefferson Township. Police said Stallard was shopping at the store June 3 when she allegedly stuffed $52 worth of merchandise in her purse and left the store without paying. Police said Stallard has three previous convictions of retail theft.
