Bridge closures scheduled
Overnight closures of the Liberty Bridge in Pittsburgh will occur Monday through Thursday nights.
Closures will occur from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night as crews conduct preparatory work for upcoming weekend latex overlay operations.
There will be inbound closures Monday and Tuesday on the bridge and in the tunnel. There will be a full bridge closure and single-lane restrictions in the tunnel Wednesday and Thursday.
No restrictions will occur in the outbound Liberty Tunnel. PJ McArdle Roadway will remain open each night.
Traffic will be detoured.
