Theft alleged: Rachel Becerra-Cintra, 32, of 407 10th St., Monessen, was charged by city police with access device fraud and theft over allegations she stole a banking card from Anna Filipova’s purse and used it about 10:30 a.m. June 28 to make an $8.32 purchase at Dollar General, 465 Donner Ave., court records show. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso signed a warrant Thursday for Becerra-Cintra’s arrest.

Burglary report: State police said a door was broken June 28 or 29 to enter a fruit stand at Krenzelak Orchard, 85 McCormick Lane.

Theft alleged: John Charles Chester, 45, of 1011 Monongahela St., Pricedale, Rostraver Township, was charged by township police with trespassing, theft and receiving stolen property, court records show. Police accuse Chester of entering 1012 Brown St., Pricedale, and stealing two televisions with a combined value of $675 and other items about 10:30 p.m. June 11. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso signed a warrant Friday for Chester’s arrest.

Men charged: Anthony M. DeMart, 33, of 1240 Highfield Court, Bethel Park, and Jeffrey Philip Gentile, 39, of 2317 Almont Ave., Pittsburgh, are each charged by township police with felony retail theft and conspiracy, court records show. Police accuse them of filling buggies with housewares and electronics worth $2,125 at Walmart, 100 Sara Way, and stealing them through a fire exit about 5 a.m. June 21. The men are accused of being involved in many similar thefts, police stated. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso signed warrants Friday for the arrests of DeMart and Gentile.

Threats alleged: Robert John Heinz Jr., 47, of Scenery Hill, was charged by state police with three counts each of making terroristic threats and harassment, court records show. Police accused Heinz of threatening to shoot his wife, Tammy June Heinz, and their two sons at 7 Ellview Road while they were having an argument on the phone about noon Friday. He is free on $100,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.
