MONROEVILLE (AP) – A woman accused of modeling at a suburban Pittsburgh strip mall while wearing nothing but thigh-high stockings and high heel shoes will face charges in Allegheny County Court.

Twenty-one-year-old Chelsea Guerra waived a preliminary hearing Monday on charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct in the incident at a Monroeville-area mall last spring.

Monroeville police say Guerra was posing in front of businesses April 8 at Miracle Mile Shopping Center for 64-year-old photographer Michael Warnock of Pittsburgh.

Warnock waived charges of criminal solicitation and conspiracy to county court. Charges of disorderly conduct and two counts of possession of controlled substances were withdrawn.

Guerra’s attorney declined comment. Warnock’s attorney, Ryan Tutera, said in a brief statement that he and his client are looking to resolve the case quickly.
