Disorderly house charge: Iulian Gheorghe, 41, of 608 Union St., will be charged by California police with violating the borough’s disorderly house ordinance stemming from an incident Friday afternoon at his home.

Trespass charges: Seth J. Grooms, 38, of California, and Shane T. Grooms, 41, of Arnold, will be charged by California police with defiant trespass after they allegedly stayed in Phillipsburg Cemetery, 400 Burds St., after being told to leave by the owner.

Tip jar stolen: An employee of Starbucks, 111 Cavasina Drive, told Canonsburg police Sunday a white man with a tan and dark, curly hair stole the tip jar from the drive-through window.

Flag stolen: Lisa Baldi of Canonsburg told Canonsburg police Saturday a commemorative flag recognizing the military service of her father, Harry Imperatore, was stolen from a utility pole at West Pike and Iron streets.

Harassment charge: Darren Partzotozi, 38, of Washington, will be charged by state police with harassment after he allegedly shoved a 42-year-old woman during a confrontation Saturday at a home at 151 Griffith Ave., Canton.

Assault arrest: Tyler Anthony Pruss, 25, of Carnegie, was arrested Sunday morning by Cecil police on charges of simple assault and harassment after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend at her First Street home. Police said she was hit above the eye. Pruss was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka and released from Washington County Jail after posting $5,000 bond.

Charge filed: Wanetta Scagline, 56, of 916 McKean Ave., Charleroi, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with flight to avoid apprehension over allegations she ran from an officer and hid in a garage when he attempted to serve her with a probation warrant about 11:50 p.m. June 29, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charge Thursday in a summons. Scagline is in Washington County jail on the warrant served Monday.

Woman charged: Crystal Marie Bruce, 35, of 414 Oakland Ave., Charleroi, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with flight to avoid apprehension over allegations she hid in a room concealed by a sheet of drywall in her residence when an officer attempted to serve her with a bench warrant about 11:30 p.m. June 30, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charge in a summons Thursday.

Drug arrest: Kevin Lee Miller Jr., 29, of 956 Heslep Ave., Donora, is charged by city police with drug possession with intent to deliver, drug possession, marijuana possession and disorderly conduct, court records show. Police accuse Miller of having 10 individually packaged bags of cocaine, one large chunk of cocaine and a small amount of marijuana during a traffic stop about 1:20 a.m. Saturday at Donner Avenue and 10th Street, court records show. Miller is free on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Frank J. Pallone Jr.

Assault alleged: Daniel James Steele, 50, of 629 Graham St., North Belle Vernon, is charged by borough police with simple assault, false imprisonment, indecent assault, trespassing, harassment and theft, court records show. Police accuse him of entering a neighbor’s home, slapping a woman about the head and shoulders and pinching her in the chest and groin about 3 a.m. July 4. He also is accused of pinning the woman down and stealing her cellphone to prevent her from calling 911. Steele is free on $10,000 bond after being arrested on a warrant Sunday and arraigned before District Judge Frank J. Pallone Jr.

Assault charges: Tri Q. Dinh, 41, of Fairmont, W. Va., was arrested early Sunday by North Strabane police on charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct after he allegedly assaulted his 33-year-old girlfriend on Meadows Drive near Adios Lane. Police said she did not want to pursue charges, but several people witnessed the incident. Dinh was arraigned before District Judge Gary Havelka and released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

Underage drinking charges: Several teens were charged by North Strabane police with underage drinking after police said an officer responded to a loud party at a home on Willow Street. The officer was completing a traffic stop when he heard yelling coming from the area. Charged were a 17-year-old Washington boy; Santana Rose Bulgarelli, 18, of 95 Wolf Ave., Canton Township; Bart Matthew LoRusso Jr., 19, of 382 Green Valley Road, Eighty Four; Daniel Clair Hufnagel, 19, of 346 Sugar Run Road, Eighty Four, and Cortni Jean Vicheck, 18, of 445 Hewitt Ave., Washington.

Assault alleged: Derek Michael Cesovski, 18, of 309 Baltimore St., North Belle Vernon, is charged by township police with simple assault and harassment over allegations he hit his girlfriend, Madison Balsano, in the head, causing her head to strike a window in his parked car, before pushing her out of the vehicle and driving off from 120 Marco Drive about 10:10 p.m. Thursday, court records show. Cesovski is free on unsecured bond set Friday by District Judge Charles Christner.

Tires slashed: Brandi Gray of Donnan Avenue told Washington police Saturday four tires on her vehicle were slashed while the vehicle was parked at Northgate Apartments.

Theft attempt: South Strabane police said an attempt was made to steal pallets Saturday at A-Z Supply, 40 Berry Road.

Drugs, weapons arrest: Brian Frank Barwell, 52, of 227 Pleasantview Road, Finleyville, was arrested Friday by Monongahela police on two counts of possession with intent to deliver heroin, 20 counts of possession of paraphernalia and one count each of person not to possess a firearm, criminal use of a communications facility, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license stemming from a traffic stop Friday at the intersection of Coal Bluff and Finleyville-Elrama roads, Union. He was arraigned before District Judge Traci McDonald and released from Washington County Jail after posting $15,000 bond.

Theft investigated: Washington police are investigating the theft of $46,665.35 from Community Action Southwest, 150 W. Beau St., through fraudulent checks written using the organization’s account and routing numbers. The 95 fraudulent checks were cashed between June 7 and 23 by 24 different people. The theft was reported by the fiscal manager. The account has since been closed.

Assault, imprisonment arrest: Brian Campbell Jr., 24, of 156 Jollick Manor, was arrested Saturday afternoon by Washington police after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend, pinned her against a wall and then dragged her back into their home when she tried to leave. Police said three children were present at the time of the alleged incident. He was arraigned before District Judge Traci McDonald on charges of simple assault, false imprisonment and harassment. Campbell was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Harassment alleged: Scott McCartney, 35, of 182 Elm St., will be charged by Washington police with harassment after he allegedly shoved Elijah Stathers during a confrontation at their home early Monday.

Wanted on warrant: William Prowitt, 42, who Washington police said is homeless, was placed in Washington County jail Saturday on a bench warrant. He also will be charged with public drunkenness after he was found in the 10 block of Brookside Avenue.

Woman faces charge: Carrie Jo Cross, 45, of Wellsburg, W.Va., will be charged by Washington police with harassment after she allegedly shoved Gina Hillisberg, 36, of South Park, to the ground during a confrontation over seating at Washington Park’s TWIST softball field Sunday.

Two face charges: Jeanne Horne, 58, of 820 Grove Ave., Washington, and Charles Seaman, 66, of 930 Fayette St., Washington, will be charged with harassment after a physical confrontation at Seaman’s home Sunday, Washington police said.

Car scratched: Chanel Allen of 70 East Katherine Ave. told Washington police Friday her vehicle was scratched while it was parked outside her home.

Money stolen: Mark Maynard of Canonsburg told Washington police Friday $65 was stolen from his wallet Thursday by a woman he had given a ride.

Tires slashed: Millard Moye of Washington told Washington police Friday that two tires were slashed on his vehicle while it was parked in the 1200 block of Donnan Avenue.

Dog stolen: Melinda Riggle of 735 Ewing St. told Washington police Friday that her brindle pit bull with a white chest and paws named “Hiccup” was stolen from a chain in the backyard of her home.

Assaults alleged: Washington police said Joshua Jimenez, 33, of South Strabane Township, was assaulted twice in his vehicle while it was parked in a lot at 125 W. Beau St. Police said his former girlfriend, a 37-year-old Meadow Lands woman, reportedly spit in his face Friday morning before running over his foot. Several hours later, she allegedly reached through the vehicle window and hit him. Charges are pending.

Card accessed: Barbara Null of 1163 Bruce St. told Washington police Friday that her Citibank card was used to make $900 in purchases without her permission.

Burglary reported: Donna Donley of the 1100 block of Bruce Street told Washington police Friday that several items including a flat-screen television, cellphone, coffee maker, $20 in dimes and $160 in quarters were stolen in a burglary of her home. The coffee maker reportedly was sold at a Washington pawn shop. Charges are pending.
