Airport runway closure planned

Trees obstructing the flight path will be removed from the vicinity of the Washington County Airport in North and South Franklin townships, beginning Monday. According to the contract, closure of Runway 9-27 is to be completed during only one weekend, and the anticipated time will be from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 29.
