Drug charges: Joey Dickey, 69, of 106 Woodside Manor, Carmichaels, was charged Tuesday by Cumberland Township police with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession with intent to deliver. Police said that on Aug. 18, 2015, Dickey sold a suboxone strip to a confidential informant in the parking lot of Shop’n Save on Route 88 near Carmichaels.
Criminal mischief charge: William H. Hopes, 75, of 121 Short St., Carmichaels, was charged by Cumberland Township police with criminal mischief after he allegedly drove by a parked car while on his riding mower near his property several times June 9. Police said the mower kicked up small rocks that struck the parked car and caused $2,918 in damage.
