Platinum Luxury Auctions is in charge of the sale and Washington High School graduate Trayor Lesnock is the president of the company. Lesnock is also in the Washington-Greene County Sports Hall of Fame.
The auction was scheduled to begin Saturday, July 22, at 4 p.m. EDT. However, the auction was rescheduled and will be held sometime in winter this year, according to Lesnock.
The residence features five bedrooms, four full and two half baths, a grand foyer, two-story salon, sitting room, study, butler’s pantry, wet bar and a two-story formal dining room with custom murals.

The property also includes a 1.2-acre pond and a gently flowing creek bordering the rear of the parcel.
The estate was offered for $1.7 million recently and is now going to auction without reserve.
The home was created by Scholz Design and built in 2005 by Paragon Custom Homes.
