Linsey Rae Williams, 29, 27 Hi View Drive, Finleyville; burglary; charged March 1; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months in a restrictive treatment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victim or her family.
Anthony Henry Johnson, 60, 1515 Bailey Ave., McKeesport; driving under the influence and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged March 12, 2016; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Christopher Joseph Watson, 28, 100 Crow Hollow Road, Point Marion; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged July 28, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Michael Bruce Ringer, 57, 1377 Davis Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Oct. 27; sentence – six months of probation and $300 fine.
Johnny Ashley, 40, 47 Main St., West Brownsville; driving under the influence, driving while license is suspended or revoked, operating a vehicle without financial responsibility and driving without inspection; charged Dec. 10; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring, $2,025 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Roger Alan Hendricks, 52, 155 Marshall St., Meadow Lands; driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged Nov. 12; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days in jail, six months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $2,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
