BETHEL PARK (AP) – Police say Snapchat video posted by one of three women killed in a suburban Pittsburgh crash shows them drinking in the vehicle beforehand.

Bethel Park police have been examining an 8-minute compilation of the videos that an unnamed friend posted on YouTube, in their efforts to determine who was drinking and how much before the crash about 1 a.m. Tuesday.

The driver, 21-year-old Paige Nicole Smith, of Bethel Park; and two of her three passengers; 23-year-old Bianca E. Herwig, of McDonald, and 17-year-old Heather Nicole Camisa, of Finleyville, died when the sport-utility vehicle smashed into a utility pole. A fourth passenger, 21-year-old Brooke Molnar, was thrown from the wreckage and remained hospitalized in critical condition Wednesday.

Police found an empty vodka bottle, which can be seen being passed around in the vehicle in the video.
