Man wanted: Isaiah William Jones, 25, of 601 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, is wanted by Charleroi Regional police on charges of flight to avoid apprehension and resisting arrest over allegations he stopped his vehicle at Washington Avenue and Fourth Street and ran from officers who were about to detain him on a parole warrant about 8:45 p.m. Wednesday, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins signed a warrant for Jones’ arrest Thursday.

Pole struck: A flagpole at 103 Herron St. was found to be leaning against charged power lines by McDonald police early Wednesday morning. According to a report, the pole may have been struck by a light brown truck that was reportedly speeding and driving recklessly on Midway Candor Road in Robinson Township. The truck was not located. Police secured the area until the fire department and a West Penn Power crew arrived.

Car damaged: A resident in the 100 block of Herron Street reported to McDonald police Thursday that her car was damaged overnight while it was parked along the road. According to police, someone was “doing burnouts/doughnuts” in the parking lot of the VFW, 125 E. Lincoln Ave., causing small rocks to strike the resident’s vehicle.

Assault alleged: Donald Joseph Adkins, 28, of 445 Henry St., North Belle Vernon, is charged by borough police with simple assault, harassment and driving with a suspended or revoked license over allegations he struck his girlfriend, Jenny Lee Janney, in the face, held her down on a bed and put his hand over her mouth to prevent her from screaming about 1:45 a.m. July 16 in his residence, court records show. District Judge Charles Christner issued the charges in a summons Tuesday.

Theft alleged: Sean William Johnson, 34, of 425 Conrad Ave., North Charleroi, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with theft and receiving stolen property over accusations he got inside an unlocked car owned by Susan White and stole $15 while the car was parked about 4:50 a.m. July 6 in the 300 block of Sheppard Avenue, court records show. Police said they identified Johnson as a suspect in the theft while reviewing surveillance videos. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charges by summons Friday.

Equipment damaged: The owner of a backhoe that was parked on a work site at 555 Potomac Drive in January reported to township police he was notified by a mechanic the equipment was tampered with, causing $10,000 worth of damage. According to the report, the backhoe’s engine was damaged because someone drained coolant from the machine.

Trespass citation: Kimberly Colbert, 32, address unknown, was cited by city police for trespass for allegedly refusing to leave a residence Thursday at 735 Addison St.

Contraband charge: Amanda L. Molinaro, 35, of 990 Broad St., was charged by state police with possession of contraband, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with a June 30 incident. According to the complaint, police were called to the 1600 block of Weirich Avenue for a welfare check. Molinaro, who was wanted on a bench warrant from Allegheny County, was taken into custody. She allegedly told police she did not have any drugs in her possession. Officers took her to Washington County jail to await a transfer to Allegheny County, and she allegedly was found to be in possession of cocaine, suspected heroin and pipes. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

False ID charge: Gavin Pager, 28, of 415 Woodward Ave., North Charleroi, was charged by the Washington County Sheriff’s Department with providing false identification to law enforcement, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop Thursday in front of Washington County Courthouse. According to the complaint, Pager, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was in possession of a needle and Suboxone. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
