Crash: State police said no one was injured during an 8:30 a.m. Wednesday crash on Interstate 70 westbound. Police said Johnson Adarkwah, 53, of Columbus, Ohio, was in the right lane when he tried to merge into the left lane and struck the right front bumper of a vehicle driven by Stephen J. Armstrong, 45, of Somerset.
