Court cases
Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Christopher J. Pierce, 32, 244 Malone Ridge Road, Washington; criminal mischief; charged Sept. 13; sentence – two years of probation and restitution.
Brianne Dean, 29, 621 Vanadium Road, Bridgeville; endangering the welfare of children, driving while license is suspended or revoked and improper restraint systems; charged Sept. 5; sentence – 18 months of probation, $275 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Gregory James Fish, 44, 342 Country Club Road, Washington; retail theft; charged Nov. 20, 2013; sentence – six months of probation and no contact with Giant Eagle.
Brandon Tyler Michaux, 23, 37 Main St., Daisytown; disorderly conduct; charged Nov. 15; sentence – $300 fine.
Jeremy Soyring, 21, 653 N. Main St., Houston; harassment; charged Dec. 3; sentence – $300 fine.
Sandra Dee Stone, 47, 1221 California Terrace, California; two counts of simple assault and public drunkenness; charged Nov. 3; sentence – three years of probation, $500 fine and no contact with victim.
Nolan Russell Povanesso, 25, 135 McGregor Drive, Canonsburg; harassment; charged April 18, 2016; sentence – $50 fine.
Joanna Zelinsky, 36, 5 Webster Ave., Charleroi; retail theft; charged Sept. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Walmart.
Stewart A. Battle, 37, 101 Third Ave., Monongahela; theft; charged Sept. 15; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Foodland.
Michelle Renee Clark, 29, 101 Marra Ave., Washington; attempted prostitution; charged May 20, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Philip Richard Jumbelick III, 28, 316 Rebecca St., Monessen; possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of retail theft; charged Sept. 8, Oct. 6 and 12; sentence – 23 months of probation and 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 20 days in jail, two months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Sheena Maria Gibson, 35, 92 Basil Drive, Weirton, W.Va.; promoting prostitution; charged May 21, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Ricky Waters, 21, 305 Village of Searights, Uniontown; retail theft and false identification to law enforcement; charged May 7, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Family Dollar.
Kain A. Evans, 22, 269 N. Franklin St., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 2; sentence – $300 fine.
Karen L. Degrange, 50, 1128 Fourth St., Monongahela; possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation.
