Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:
Andrew James Cook, 20, 25 Grant Street Extension, Bulger; driving under the influence; charged March 20, 2016; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Eric Scott Carrell, 24, 825 Ewing St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 15, 2015; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Michael Jon Ulrich, 27, 310 Flowers St., Waynesburg; driving under the influence and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged June 19, 2015; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,200 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Theodore John Shaffer, 54, 750 N. Branch Road, McDonald; driving under the influence; charged July 17; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Robbie Joe Harbaugh, 40, 11 Penny Lane, Cecil; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 10; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, restitution, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Richard Anthony Falascino Jr., 25, 110 Roundtable Drive, McMurray; driving under the influence; charged Nov. 15; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, five days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Robert H. Hall, 45, 10 Profio Road, McDonald; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged Nov. 22,; sentence – 30 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $950 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Geoffrey C. Kaecher, 26, 2865 Maple St., Bethel Park; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged June 28; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,200 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Amie Jo Jenkins, 27, 838 Vista Road, Washington; driving under the influence and driving without financial responsibility; charged Oct. 23; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,800 fine, 21-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
George D. Junkins, 37, 138 Arabella St., McDonald; driving under the influence and driving under DUI suspension; charged Dec. 10; sentence – 30 days in jail, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, five years in the intermediate punishment program, $2,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
