Mother arrested: Michaela Johnson, 19, of 22 Lancaster St., Bentleyville, was arrested Monday on a warrant obtained last year by Bentleyville police charging her with endangering the welfare of children and disorderly conduct. She allegedly placed her 6-month-old child on the apron covering on a stroller on May 25, 2016, while at Richardson Park. The infant reportedly fell off of it, landing on the ground. The infant was flown to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC for treatment. Johnson was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Account accessed: Guy Cornmeiser of Canonsburg told Canonsburg police Monday his debit card information was accessed and used to make purchases of $366.87 at eight locations north of Pittsburgh last week.

Two injured: Erinn Pirt, 22, of Vestaburg, and her passenger, Molly Corazzi, 21, of Fredericktown, were injured early Sunday in a two-vehicle crash on Henderson Avenue (Route 18) near Rangos Lane, Canton. State police said Pirt was driving south when a vehicle driven by Matthew Angelone, 40, of New Salem, Fayette County, reportedly made an illegal pass before hitting a guardrail and then striking Pirt’s vehicle. The two women were taken to Washington Hospital for treatment. Angelone faces charges including driving with a suspended license.

Window broken: Shirley Mahaffey of 82 Paul St., Canton, told state police Monday a window at her home was broken by vandals. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 724-223-5200.

Theft, trespass charges: Justin E. Rager, 18, of 421 Fifth St., Donora, was charged Monday by Carroll police with defiant trespass, theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly entering Demon House, 417 Coyle Curtain Road, May 20. A chainsaw was stolen from the shed there. The owner of the property recently installed security cameras, which helped police identify Rager as the suspect. Rager allegedly admitted to police he had gone to Demon House several times. Charges were sent by summons from the office of District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Unauthorized use charge: Ashley Elizabeth Carbone, 26, of 156 Taylor Run Road, Carroll, was charged Monday by Carroll police with unauthorized use of a vehicle after she allegedly took a vehicle owned by her boyfriend’s mother without permission June 12 and crashed it in Washington Township. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Drug arrest: Chase Alexander O’Brien, 19, of 617 Lincoln St., Monongahela, was arrested early Tuesday by Charleroi Regional police on charges of possession and possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and possession of heroin and paraphernalia stemming from a traffic stop in the 1200 block of McKean Avenue. He was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Warrant issued: Phillip J. Martin, 31, of 536 Ohio St., Donora, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with possessing six stamp bags of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from a report about 3:30 p.m. April 1 of suspicious activity in a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Blythe Way, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins signed a warrant Monday for Martin’s arrest.

False reports charge: Ashley N. Sadler, 25, of 498 Regent St., Chartiers, was charged Friday by Chartiers police with making false reports after she reportedly called 911 June 9 and said her boyfriend punched her. Police said they determined he had not hit Sadler. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Woman arrested: Anna Marie Chiovetti, 45, of 310 Second St., Millsboro, was arrested on drug charges by East Bethlehem Township during a traffic stop Monday in Millsboro. She allegedly had bags containing crack, heroin and cocaine hidden in a body cavity. She was arraigned before District Judge David Mark on charges of possession of controlled substances and paraphernalia. She was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Charged in crash: Jevone Naveill Hairston, 22, of 244 N. Main St., Houston, was charged Monday by North Strabane police with leaving the scene of a crash, failure to render aid, not having insurance and careless driving stemming from a two-vehicle crash May 23 on Morganza Road near McClelland Road. He allegedly went around several vehicles and then sped away from the accident scene. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Bicycle stolen: James Ellis, no address available, told North Strabane police Monday night his blue and orange Mongoose bicycle was stolen from the north parking garage at The Meadows Casino while he was working at one of the restaurants. The bicycle was last seen about 6 p.m. by a valet.

Theft alleged: Linda Lee Malaspini, 63, of 969 Fayette City Road, Fayette City, is charged by township police with theft and receiving stolen property over allegations she stole $48 worth of merchandise June 4 while working at Hallmark, 340 Tri County Lane, court records show. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso issued the case in a summons Monday.

Man charged: Timothy Lee Igoe, 64, of 325 Spiker Ave., Washington Township, Fayette County, is charged by state police with possessing six Oxycodone pills and driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance stemming from a traffic stop June 15 along Broad Avenue, court records show. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso issued the case by summons Monday.

Man charged: Christopher Michael Heffner, 40, of 9 Guerra Drive, Coal Center, is charged by state police with possessing four Alprazolam pills and driving under the influence of alcohol stemming from a traffic stop about 10:50 p.m. May 14 along Interstate 70 east, court records show. State police filed the charges Monday before District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Pressure washer stolen: William Mersky of 60 Wilson Ave. told Washington police Monday a Craftsman pressure washer was stolen from the yard of his home.

Vehicle damaged: Brooke Plants of 71 Cort St. told Washington police Monday a tire on her vehicle was punctured and the side of the vehicle scratched.

Woman assaulted: Alyssa Reed, 27, of 720 W. Chestnut St., told Washington police she was punched and knocked to the floor Monday during a confrontation with her boyfriend. He reportedly fled before police arrived. She was taken to Washington Hospital for treatment of a nose injury.

Theft arrest: Kristen Jean Furia, 42, of New Salem, Fayette County, was arrested Monday on a warrant obtained by state police charging her with two counts of theft. She is accused of stealing a 2002 Ford Escort and mower from a home at 2813 Glad St., West Pike Run, May 24. She was arraigned before District Judge David Mark and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.
