Driver sought: State police are looking for the driver of a small black, possibly Ford car, that struck a vehicle Friday morning on Interstate 70 westbound near the Jefferson Avenue exit and fled the scene. Jacob D. Evans, 23, of Brownsville, told police he was driving west in the left lane when the car merged onto I-70 from Interstate 79 southbound. The car hit Evans’ vehicle, which then hit a guard rail. Evans told police the driver of the black car briefly stopped on the left shoulder before fleeing the scene.
