Terroristic threats charge: Joseph R. Bellis, 26, of 218 Third Ave., Crucible, was charged by Cumberland Township police with terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment after a fight with his neighbor June 9. Police said Bellis and James Black were arguing that afternoon at Bellis’ residence over Bellis allegedly speeding down their street. During the altercation, Bellis allegedly spit in Black’s face several times and kicked him in the face, according to the criminal complaint. After allegedly spitting on Black and leaving a bloody scratch on his arm, Bellis reportedly told Black he “is going to have AIDS now and is going to die,” the complaint said.
Harassment: Tayler Kirby, 18, of 14 Oak Alley, Dilliner, was charged by state police with harassment and disorderly conduct for allegedly yelling obscenities in the neighborhood and walking through private properties Monday afternoon on Holbert Stretch Road.
