Pike Run Road work postponed

Construction for the Pike Run Road (Route 2036) bridge, which spans Pike Run in West Pike Run Township, Washington County, has been postponed. It was previously scheduled to begin during the week of July 3.

Construction is now expected to begin during the week of July 10 and be complete in late September. During this time, drivers will be directed to follow a detour along Route 481, Route 40 (National Pike) and Daisytown Road (Route 2081).
