Firearms violation: During a traffic stop on northbound Interstate 79 Friday, Reece Dillon Shepard, 25, of Morgantown, W.Va., was found to be in possession of a suspected controlled substance and a firearm he illegally possessed as he was a convicted felon, according to police. He was taken to Greene County jail to be video arraigned on these charges.
