Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas were:

Samantha J. Falkenstine, 22, 626 Twilight Drive, West Newton; criminal trespass; charged Aug. 11, 2016; sentence – three to 12 months in jail, 18 months of probation and no contact with Char House.

Johnathan A. Haines, 32, 2751 Dixons Run Road, Triadelphia, W.Va.; simple assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and driving with a suspended license; charged May 18, 2016; sentence – three months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, two years of probation, $500 fine and 100 hours of community service.

Denis A. Dille, 53, 450 Dillie Run Road, Prosperity; indecent assault and corruption of minors; charged Aug. 24, 1992; sentence – five years of probation and no contact with victim.

Joseph H. Kaluza, 67, 1701 N. Third St., Apt. 3, New Brighton; possession of child pornography, unlawful contact with a minor and two counts of solicitation; charged July 16 and 22, 2016; sentence – six to 60 months in jail and no contact with minors.

Sharon K. Reigh, 47, 2378 Shermans Valley Road, Elliotsburg; firearms not to be carried without a license, driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 12, 2015; sentence – no less than one day to no more than two years in jail, 18 months of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Terrale J. Blow, 42, 4618 Monongahela Ave., Pittsburgh; robbery and possession of firearm prohibited; charged Dec. 29, 2015; sentence – five to 10 years in jail, five years of probation, restitution and no contact with victims.

Rondell L. Johnson, 36, 1054 Jefferson Ave., Apt. 3, Washington; disorderly conduct; charged July 11, 2016; sentence – $300 fine.

Clifford W. Toland Jr., 29, 102 Back St., Apt. B, Coal Center; disorderly conduct; charged May 7, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victims.

Skylar A. McCargo, 34, 12 McKinley Ave., Uniontown; simple assault; charged Sept. 25, 2016; sentence – six to 23 months in jail and no contact with victim.

Steve C. Law IV, 25, 332 Sprowls Ave., Houston; delivery of a controlled substance; charged July 22, 2015; sentence – seven to 23 months in jail.

Val Smith, 19, of Charleroi; theft, flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest, three counts of reckless endangerment and discharge of a firearm into occupied structure; charged March 25, April 4, and Oct. 26, 2016; sentence – two to five years in jail, restitution, two years of probation, 100 hours of community service and no contact with victims.

Michael B. Jolly, 56, 603 N. Main St., Apt. 4, Washington; receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit theft and possession of firearm prohibited; charged May 11, 2015; sentence – 6½ to 13 years in jail and restitution.
