Account accessed: Jennifer Livolsi of Canonsburg told Canonsburg police Monday information from her debit card was accessed and used to make $431 in withdrawals from her account.

Television stolen: Ruth Reese of 108 Oak Spring Road told Canonsburg police Monday a 19-inch television, diamond earrings and other items were stolen from her home.

Warrant signed: James Samuel Post, 43, of 1886 Route 2023, Carroll Township, is charged by township police with making terroristic threats over allegations he threatened to kill Joann Whitemen during a child-custody exchange at his residence about 1:30 p.m. Monday, court records show. District Judge Mark Wilson issued a warrant Tuesday for Post’s arrest.

Assault alleged: Trey Daquan Bell, 22, of 440 McCrea Ave., Donora, is charged by borough police with false imprisonment, reckless endangerment and simple assault, court records show. Police accuse him of choking, punching and pushing Taylor Parks against a child, knocking the child to the floor in Bell’s residence about midnight March 1, court records show. District Judge Mark Wilson sent Bell to Washington County jail Tuesday on $100,000 bond.

Man charged: Tyler Hall, 21, of 410 Fifth St., Charleroi, is charged by borough police with giving an officer a false identification during an investigation into an underage drinking party about 11:20 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of McKean Avenue, court records show. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charge in a summons Monday.

Drug arrest: James Paul Frameli, 29, of 230 Charles St., Canton Township, is charged by state police with drug possession with intent to deliver, drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors, court records show. Police accuse Frameli of having a half pound of marijuana in his vehicle Monday in the presence of a child during a traffic stop at Tyrol Boulevard and Route 906. He was placed in Westmoreland County jail on $25,000 bond set Tuesday by District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.

Threats alleged: Robert Lee Herring, 33, of 17 Mark Ave., Canton Township, is charged by city police with making terroristic threats and harassment over allegations he called his estranged wife, April Herring, and threatened to crush her head and those of three others. The complaint was received about 10 a.m. Friday, court records show. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso signed a warrant Tuesday for Herring’s arrest.

Theft allegation: George Wheeler III, 39, of 524 Mellon St., Pittsburgh, is charged by city police with theft over allegations he stole $90 from Johnna Lombardo about 11 a.m. Feb. 27 while he was performing odd jobs at her business, AJ’s Ceramics, 109 Sixth St., court records show. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso signed a warrant Tuesday for Wheeler’s arrest.

Assault alleged: Tamaine Oscar Underwood, 36, of 606 Reed Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with strangulation, simple assault and harassment over allegations he choked, pushed, grabbed and struck his pregnant wife, Justina Underwood, in their residence about 4:55 a.m. Saturday, court records show. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso signed a warrant Tuesday for the suspect’s arrest.

Assault arrest: Carrie Ann Conaway, 30, of 7 Meriage St., Mt. Pleasant, was arrested Tuesday morning by township police on two counts each of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct after she allegedly assaulted her parents during a confrontation at their home. When police arrived, they said her parents were outside the residence and Conaway had locked herself inside the home. Her father had blood on his face, and her mother had scratches on her neck. Conaway was arraigned before District Judge Traci McDonald and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

Theft charges: Ashley A. Turney, 30, of 850 Addison St., faces theft and retail theft charges stemming from allegations she stole money while she worked at Circle K, 701 W. Chestnut St., between mid-December and Feb. 23. A manager told police Turney sold customers cases of beer but would then allegedly hit the “error correct” button on the cash register and keep the money for herself. City police filed charges Monday through District Judge Robert Redlinger’s office.

Assault charge: Fred A. Riggle, 43, of 735 Ewing St., was charged Monday with simple assault in connection with a Feb. 18 incident during which he allegedly punched and kicked another man in the face and body. Police said the alleged victim told them he was hanging out with Riggle that night when “Riggle got upset about something and attacked” him. City police filed the charge through District Judge Robert Redlinger’s office.

Couple charged: Yolanda Sanders, 34, and Bertram Mitchell, 60, were charged Monday in connection with a Feb. 18 incident that allegedly started when Mitchell returned from the Allegheny County jail to his home at 473 E. Hallam St. Police were called to the house for a report of a “female threatening a male with a hammer” and said they found Mitchell outside the house. Mitchell told police he found Sanders in the house when he returned home, and it appeared she’d forced her way in through a back window. She allegedly chased him from the house with a hammer. Sanders, whom police found in the basement, insisted she’d continued staying at the house while Mitchell, her boyfriend, was in jail, and she told police an argument broke out when Mitchell came home. She said he punched her in the head and neck. Police said Sanders previously had been evicted from the house and was told by a judge “on a previous arrest” to stay away from the house. Mitchell was charged with simple assault. Sanders was charged with trespassing and terroristic threats.

Assault charge: Shayla Chandler, 19, of 52 Laurel Ave., was charged Monday with simple assault in connection with an alleged incident at a cookout Feb. 24. A woman told police Chandler punched her in the face and neck, knocking her down, then fell on top of her stomach.

Account accessed: Philip Meyer of McKees Rocks told Washington police Monday that information from his debit card was used to make a $400 withdrawal from his bank account using the automated-teller machine at GetGo, 104 E. Wylie Ave. He told police he was still in possession of his card.

Man injured: Robert Garcia, 32, of Washington, was injured in a confrontation with two other men in the parking lot of Shop ‘n Save, 125 W. Beau St., Monday. He was taken to Washington Hospital for treatment. Police said charges are pending.
