Drug arrest: Phillip J. Thaxton Jr., 37, of Camway Lane, Charleroi, was arrested Tuesday night by Bentleyville police on a charge of possession of heroin and cocaine after police say he was found with the suspected drugs during a traffic stop. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail on a $10,000 percentage bond.

Driver charged: Daymon Travere Parker, 20, of West Mifflin, was charged this week by California police with driving under the influence of alcohol, underage drinking and driving with a suspended license stemming from a Feb. 23 traffic stop near the intersection of Fourth and Ash streets. Police said he drove onto the sidewalk around a cruiser that was stopped in the middle of the street. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Charged in crash: James J. DeAngelo, 18, of 203 Sienna Trail, Peters Township, was charged this week by California police with driving under the influence of alcohol and underage drinking stemming from a Jan. 19 crash on California Drive. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Threats alleged: Nathaniel Marshman, 24, of 988 Cross St., California, was charged this week by borough police with terroristic threats and disorderly conduct after he allegedly threatened to kill a woman and her unborn child on Feb. 17 during a domestic dispute. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Two face charges: Patrick Mario Danglidis, 20, of New Castle, and Zachary Joseph Repetto, 20, of Lincoln University, Chester County, will be charged with underage drinking after California police said they spotted Danglidis driving on the wrong side of Third Street early Sunday. Danglidis also will be charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, minor prohibited from driving while drinking and several traffic violations.

Bad checks charge: Adam Novacic, 21, of Pittsburgh, was charged this week by California police with writing bad checks for allegedly failing to make good on a rent check for $550 that he wrote to his landlord in November. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Assault alleged: Bradley E. Neale, 35, of 116 Lindella Drive, Brownsville, was charged this week by Centerville police for allegedly grabbing a woman, tackling her and pulling her hair during a Feb. 26 confrontation at a home on Tate Road. Neale is charged with simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Charged in disturbance: John Adam Craig, 38, of 316 Second St., Vestaburg, was charged this week by East Bethlehem police with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct stemming from a Feb. 22 disturbance. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Charge filed: Andrew James Seykoski III, 43, of 33 Holly Drive, Fallowfield Township, is charged by state police with possession of drug paraphernalia over accusations a supervisor caught him using heroin in a restroom at Simplot Retail, 119 N. Route 88, about 3:45 p.m. Feb. 28, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charge in a summons Monday.

Charges filed: Robert Hatlapatka, 57, of 614 Queens Way, Rostraver Township, is charged by Roscoe, Elco, Stockdale, Allenport police with three counts of felony retail theft over allegations he stole merchandise worth $35.59 from Dollar General, 600 Chester Ave., about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charges in a summons Wednesday.

Two face charges: Amber Nicole Egler, 28, of 1001 Shady Ave., Charleroi, and Jonathan Estela-Rivera, 27, of 417 Rostraver Ave., Monessen, will be charged with retail theft, South Strabane police said. He is accused of posing as a lookout while she allegedly stole nine Google Chromecards from Target, Strabane Square, Tuesday.

Window damaged: Denise Puskarich told South Strabane police Tuesday that a glass table was thrown through a window of a house that is up for auction on Myers Road.

Man arraigned: George Cox, 53, who is homeless, was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Robert Redlinger on charges of terroristic threats, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after he reportedly threatened a Washington police officer Saturday. Redlinger set bond at $50,000 on Cox, who had been in Washington County Jail on a probation detainer.

Bicycles stolen: Sandra Bell of 239 Burton Ave. told Washington police a mountain bicycle and child’s bicycle were stolen from her porch.
