Meeting planned on three bridges set for replacement

A public meeting will be held April 6 regarding the replacement of three Washington County bridges included in the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Rapid Bridge Replacement Project. The meeting will provide important information including the construction schedules and traffic changes while the bridges are being replaced.
The bridges to be replaced are: Route 19 (Amity Ridge Road) bridge, spanning Ten Mile Creek in Amwell Township; Route 221 (Plum Sock Road) bridge, spanning Ten Mile Creek in Morris Township; and Lone Pine Road bridge, spanning Little Ten Mile Creek in Amwell Township.
The meeting will be held from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Morris Township Municipal Building, 473 Sparta Road, Prosperity.
Representatives from Plenary Walsh Keystone Partners will be available to discuss the bridge project and answer questions. There will be no formal presentation. Construction plans will be on display for reference.
A letter announcing the start of construction will be mailed out two weeks in advance to all project stakeholders. You will be given the opportunity to sign up as a project stakeholder the night of the meeting.
