Fraudulent prescriptions: State police filed an arrest warrant Wednesday against Falis M. Isaak, 19, of Hillard, Ohio, after he allegedly used forged prescription slips in an attempt to receive Phenergan-Codeine from five area pharmacies Jan. 30 and 31. Police said Isaak went to Giant Eagle, Rite Aid in Franklin Township and McCracken in Waynesburg to have forged prescriptions filled. He was turned away from pharmacies at CVS and Walmart in Franklin Township, police said. Isaak was arrested in New Kensington Feb. 19 in connection with a similar attempt there. Isaak faces charges in Greene County of criminal attempt and possession of a controlled substance, which were filed at District Judge Glenn Bates’ office.
