CHESTER, Pa. (AP) — A Pennsylvania man already jailed in several other cases is now accused of shooting his brother because he believed the man had sex with his girlfriend — three years ago.

The shooting occurred Feb. 8, but that Chester police only recently caught up with Rhamier Bailey after learning he was in the Delaware County jail.

The 31-year-old Ridley Township man is accused of chasing his older brother and firing as many as 17 shots at him, grazing him once in the leg.

Police say the victim told them he picked up Bailey so they could drive to the woman’s apartment to settle things, or go to a park to fight. Police say Bailey shot at his brother as the man tried to drive away.

Court records don’t list a defense attorney.
