Motorcycle crash: The operator of a 2014 Harley-Davidson motorcycle left the scene following a crash at 3:29 a.m. Sunday on Browns Creek Road, just south of Water Dam Road, state police said. The operator lost control on a curve, and the motorcycle slid off the road into an embankment, police said.
Two injured: Two people were injured in a single-vehicle crash at 2:57 a.m. Thursday on Route 88. State police said a vehicle operated Holly Bercosky, 23, of Rices Landing ran off the road and struck a utility pole, fence and light pole before coming to rest in the yard at 1019 N. Eighty Eight Road. Police said Bercosky suffered a “possible injury,” while a passenger, John W. Pochron III, 30, of Rices Landing suffered a “suspected minor injury.”
