Harassment charges: Leslie Bowden, 52, Leslie Bowden, 22, and Elijah David, 18, all of Jefferson Township, were charged by state police with harassment following an altercation among the three early Tuesday on Washington Street. David and the younger Bowden also were charged with public intoxication.
