Simple assault charge: Alexander S. Huffman, 23, of 4 Carlisle St., Uniontown, was charged with simple assault after state police said he slammed a woman’s head into a refrigerator during an argument inside a home at 25 Grandview Drive in Franklin Township about 11:30 p.m. Monday
Failure to register: Scott E. Hillen, 58, of 164 Greensboro Road, Greensboro, was charged with failing to register as a Megan’s Law sex offender with state police after moving to Pennsylvania from Illinois in 2002, according to court documents filed Wednesday at the office of District Judge Glenn Bates.
