Route 88 restriction to be in place
An alternating single-lane restriction will be in place on Route 88 between Route 481 (Main Street/First Street) and the intersection of Route 837 in Monogahela, beginning Monday.
Work will be performed Monday through Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and may include weekends, weather permitting. The anticipated completion date of this project is May 1.
The restriction will be in place to allow crews to perform partial reconstruction, milling and paving. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers.
The contractor on this surface improvement contract is Lindy Paving, Inc.
