Drug charges: Guy Daniel Albero, 51, of 75 Locust Ave., Charleroi, is charged by state police with drug possession with intent to deliver, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Police claimed to have seized 111 grams of marijuana during searches of his car and residence, beginning about 7 a.m. April 24, 2015, court records show. District Judge Mark Wilson signed a warrant for Albero’s arrest Thursday.

Assault charge: Paul A. Rusnak Jr., 34, of 7 Davis Road, Monongahela, was charged with simple assault and strangulation for an alleged domestic incident March 23 in his home. According to township police, Rusnak grabbed a woman by her neck and choked her. He was not at the residence when officers arrived. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Mark Wilson.

Heroin found: Charles E. Rose, 55, of Cleveland, Ohio, was jailed for heroin possession after allegedly stealing from a grocery store. According to township police, Rose fled Giant Eagle, 1300 Country Club Road, on a bicycle after he was seen taking a container of milk. He was stopped by officers a short time later and allegedly had 10 baggies of suspected heroin, six syringes and the container of milk. Rose was charged with 10 counts of possession of a controlled substance, six counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft. He was placed in Washington County Jail on $5,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled April 5 before District Judge Mark Wilson.

Charge filed: Robert Lee Majors, 47, of 1003 Upper Crest Ave., Charleroi, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with intimidating a witness involved in a preliminary hearing at 9 a.m. March 16 before District Judge Larry Hopkins on a stolen weapon charge, court records show. Hopkins issued the charge in a summons Friday.

Possession charges: Cami L. Beveridge, 46, of 166 Skyline Drive, California, was charged by Rostraver police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, accident involving damage and careless driving in connection with an incident Wednesday on State Road at Marsh Asphalt.

Warrant issued: An arrest warrant was issued for Allison J. Warco, 22, of 680 E. Beau St., for allegedly attempting to run over her ex-boyfriend with a car. According to state police, Warco was leaving Alan M. Coffield’s house at 1015 Bedillion Road on Thursday when she told him she was going to run him over. She then allegedly accelerated toward him. He jumped out of the way and was not injured. Warco allegedly drove through the yard erratically, leaving tire marks, and left. Charges of terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another, harassment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct were filed at the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Two charged: Ivan E. Sadler, 54, of 140 Elm St., Washington, and Kristie L. Stetz, 35, of 843 Broad St., Washington, were charged with using a stolen credit card to make two separate purchases Jan. 4 at GetGo, 104 E. Wylie Ave. According to Washington police, the two were observed on surveillance video using the card for purchases totaling $158. Charges of access device fraud, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
