Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Michael Lucas were:
Mark A. Andreolli, 40, 195 Marshall Ave., Meadow Lands; reckless endangerment; charged March 13, 2016; sentence – 30 days in jail, 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, $1,500 fine and no contact with Meadows Casino.
Derek C. Fowler, 36, 458 Sylvan Drive, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 31, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Alejandro Bocanegra, 40, 15 Central Ave., Washington; harassment and disorderly conduct; charged Feb. 20, 2016; sentence – 24 months of probation, $800 fine and no contact with victim.
Thomas S. Sluciak Jr., 28, 131 Alexander Ave., Strabane; delivery of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 13, 2013; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring and 150 hours of community service.
Julie L. Baker, 35, 102 Old Wind Road, Uniontown; retail theft and theft; charged June 21 and Oct. 30; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service, no contact with 7-Eleven and Circle K and retail theft classes.
Renae C. Hutchins, 44, 268 Chapel Hill Road, Claysville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 8, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.
Robin Theiss, 38, 100 W. Cherry Ave., Washington; attempted arson, risking catastrophe, disorderly conduct and burglary; charged June 29, July 30 and Sept. 2 and 5; sentence – seven years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months of probation and no contact with the victim, Rice’s Auto, Cecil VFW and Parkside Estate.
John R. McFall, 40, 114 Hamilton St., Washington; theft and defiant trespassing; charged July 24; sentence – two years of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with victim.
Johnnie J. Jones Jr., 27, 1257 Templeton Run Road, Claysville; simple assault; charged May 9; sentence – 45 days to 23 months in jail and 50 hours of community service.
Conrad D. Buchak, 47, 60 Overlook Ave., Van Voorhis; simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation and 75 hours of community service.
Taylor R. Knudson, 23, 121-4 Coyle Curtain Road, Monongahela; aggravated assault while driving under the influence and driving under the influence; charged July 22; sentence – three days to six months in jail, 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine, 100 hours of community service and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Joseph J. Growall, 49, 117 Sheffield Lane, McMurray; two counts of driving under the influence; charged May 31, and June 2; sentence – 12 months in the intermediate punishment program, two months and 10 days on electronic home monitoring, restitution, $1,800 fine, 10-month driver’s license suspension and 24 month ignition interlock device.
Ian T. Kolman, 22, 254 Gardner Ave., Weirton, W.Va.; simple assault and simple possession; charged Aug. 25; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, 100 hours of community service and no contact with First Niagara Pavilion.
Shannon Hilbert, 24, 675 Addison St., Apt. 207, Washington; endangering the welfare of children; charged Sept. 19; sentence – 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and no contact with victim.
Matthew T. Morse, 28, Millsboro; theft; charged Dec. 8, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, nine months on electronic home monitoring, restitution, no contact with Denbo Vesta 6 Volunteer Fire Department and 100 hours of community service.
Jessica A. Dupain, 33, 730 Michigan Ave. M-5, Washington; terroristic threats and simple assault; charged May 12; sentence – no less than 18 days to no more than 23 months in jail and anger management classes.
Leonard J. Skubic, 53, 713 Washington Ave., Apt. 1, Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Rebecca J. Kloster, 28, 118 Jeane St., Washington; retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 6; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Gabriel Brothers.
Jake Knoneberg, 26, 1920 Park Ave., Washington, for retail theft.
