Illegal dumping: A man told police Sunday his son had seen two people dropping tree branches and clippings on the older man’s Oak Spring Road property. He told police he wanted a report in case the local zoning officer complained about the debris.

Harassment alleged: Katie Ann West, 18, of 243 S. Mellon Ave., Donora, is charged by township police with harassment over allegations she contacted Gina Parnell on Snapchat Friday after being ordered Feb. 14 by District Judge Mark Wilson to have no contact with Parnell, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the case in a summons Friday.

Burglary case: Alexis Victoria Davis, 35, of Charleroi, is charged by township police with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, conspiracy and possessing firearms without a license, court records show. She is accused of copying house keys belonging to Thomas Bulko of 194 Donora Road and using them to enter his residence about 1:30 p.m. April 4, 2015, and steal a semiautomatic rifle, 9mm handgun and a television. Davis was placed in Washington County jail on $100,000 bond set Monday by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Man jailed: Jeffrey S. Simmerman, 40, of 228 Highway View Drive, Peters Township, is charged by township police with sexual assault over an incident involving a woman in the 800 block of Bebout Road about 3:30 a.m. April 30, court records show. Simmerman was placed in Washington County jail on $20,000 bond set Friday by District Judge James Ellis.

Assault charge: Police said Brett M. Yerkey, 36, of 327 Leeper Road, allegedly struck his wife Sunday with the back of his hand at the couple’s home. Yerkey was charged with simple assault Monday by summons from District Judge Charles Christner’s office.

Woman jailed: Brandon Lynn Delfine, 37, of 505 Mingo Church Road, Union Township, is charged by Monongahela police with drug possession with intent to deliver, drug possession, tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records show. Police accuse her of having 38 stamp bags of heroin when an officer was summoned to her residence in response to a man who reportedly had overdosed about 4:30 a.m. Friday. She was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Curtis Thompson.
