Charge dropped
A charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle that state police filed against Kimberly Connell, 52, of Upper St. Clair, was dismissed this week in Washington County Court by Judge Michael Lucas.
A summons had been sent to her in connection with the borrowing of a car from a guest at the Suburban Extended Stay motel, Sheffield Street, Canton Township, which was not returned Feb. 2 of last year.
