SCI assault case: Faheem Anthony Rochester, 26, an inmate at SCI-Greene, was charged by state police with assault by prisoner and aggravated harassment by prisoner after he allegedly threw a milk carton full of feces and urine at two corrections officers April 22. Police said a security video showed Rochester in his cell when he threw the carton at the guards, who were outside his cell trying to collect food trays.
