Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Jaimie E. Finseth, 31, 831 Country Club Road, Washington; retail theft; charged Sept. 15; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

Sandra F. Leeper, 57, 674 A Old National Pike, Brownsville; retail theft; charged Dec. 30; sentence -12 months of probation and no contact with Walmart.

Thomas Krynak, 47, 34 Campbell Road, Burgettstown; habitual offenders; charged June 22; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Kailey E. Crouse, 24, 11 Columbus Drive, Monessen; conspiracy to commit theft from a motor vehicle; charged Sept. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with South Hills Chrysler Jeep & Ram.

Ronald L. Davis, 44, 452 First St., Vestaburg; disorderly conduct; charged July 21; sentence – six months of probation.

Antonio Leghart, 26, 102 Noblestown Road, Midway; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 1; sentence – six months of probation.

Emily Poye, 23, 187 Lynn Road, Washington; theft; charged March 21, 2016; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Cary J. Sampson, 51, 339 Locust Ave., Apt. A, Washington; simple assault; charged May 17, 2016; sentence – six to 12 months in jail, restitution, domestic violence counseling, anger management classes and no contact with victim.

Mark A. Fisher, 55, 669 First Ave., Bridgeville; two counts of delivery of a controlled substance; charged Feb. 28, 2016; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring and two years of probation.

Matthew M. Russo, 31, 208 W. College St., Apt. 3, Canonsburg; terroristic threats and simple assault; charged Sept. 8; sentence – nine to 18 months in jail, three years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Michelle Trout, 47, 622 McKean Ave., Charleroi; retail theft; charged Feb. 3; sentence – two years of probation, 75 hours of community service and no contact with Kohl’s.

Cortez L. Lowery, 26, 31 Washington St., Cokeburg; retail theft and theft by deception; charged Feb. 16 and Oct. 16, 2016; sentence – 24 months of probation, restitution, 50 hours of community service, retail theft classes and no contact with victim, Walmart and JEMS Quik Cash.

Karen L. Tubio, 60, 4010 Squires Manor Lane, South Park; disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 15; sentence – 90 days of probation, $300 fine and 50 hours of community service.

Amanda D. Rush, 31, 1209 McKean Ave., Charleroi; endangering the welfare of children; charged Nov. 25; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Rhonda L. Ludwick, 54, 110 Billen Ave., Monongahela; simple assault; charged Nov. 20; sentence – 12 months of probation and domestic violence counseling.

John I. Ivashchenko V, 22, 391 Bower Hill Road, Venetia; theft and conspiracy; charged Sept. 2; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, five years of probation, restitution, 150 hours of community service and no contact with victim and McLaughlin Builders.

Nicholas D. Petruska, 31, 1522 Orangewood Ave., Pittsburgh; theft; charged May 31; sentence – 36 months of probation, restitution and 50 hours of community service.

Ryan V. Pratt, 36, 402 Mount Pleasant Road, Pittsburgh; fraudulent use of plates, speeding and unauthorized use of registration card; charged Oct. 24; sentence – $390 fine.

Tony L. Helmick, 25, 3136 W. Chestnut St., Washington; theft and public drunkeness; charged Oct. 31; sentence – 12 months of probation, $500 fine and 50 hours of community service.

Anthony A. Lyle, 21, 314 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald; simple assault; charged July 2; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Dustin W. Debolt, 31, 16 Brookhaven Ave., Washington; receiving stolen property; charged Nov. 7; sentence – 12 days to 23 months in jail, restitution, 50 hours of community service and no contact with victims.

William E.A. Randall, 28, 133 Locust St., Muse; driving under the influence; charged Jan. 14; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Matthew T. Buckels, 32, 74 Enterprise Road, Washington; theft, conspiracy and criminal mischief; charged Oct. 5; sentence – 30 days to 12 months in jail, 24 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Range Resources.

Casey L. Maksin, 24, 323 De Carie St., Delray, Fla.; driving under the influence and simple possession; charged June 27; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Michael D. Wright II, 29, 810 Governors Circle, Washington; criminal trespass and theft; charged July 27; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, two years of probation, restitution, 50 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

Charles J. Lowden Jr., 31, 43 Lowden Lane, Amity; possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility; charged Jan. 1, 2014; sentence – 364 to 728 days in jail and seven years of probation.

Shannon M. Rush, 30, 253 Reed Ave., Houston; delivery of a controlled substance; charged June 9; sentence – 18 to 36 months in jail and 100 hours of community service.

Russell Gries, 73, 5780 Prosperity Pike, West Finley; driving under the influence; charged Feb. 1, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, $1,500 fine, six months on electronic home monitoring, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Justin M. Plants, 29, 1998 Brush Run Road, Avella; driving under the influence; charged April 10, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, 90 days of ScramX, $2,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.

Joseph Hrutkay, 68, 603 Highland Ridge Road, Claysville; two counts of driving under the influence; charged Sept. 3, 2015 and Aug. 24; sentence – 30 months in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months in a DUI court, 12 months and 10 days on electronic home monitoring, 90 days on ScramX, $800 fine, 24-month driver’s license suspension, 24 months of ignition interlock device and 100 hours of community service.
