WAYNESBURG – Greene County Sheriff Brian Tennant released the following activity reports for October:

• The office processed 41 civil actions and served documents to 60 defendants related to civil actions.
• It processed one real estate sale, served papers related to six real estate sales and posted two real estate notices.
• The office processed 10 protection-from-abuse actions and served papers related to eight protection-from-abuse actions. One protection-from-abuse violation was investigated.
• The office processed 113 licenses to carry concealed weapons and one license to sell firearms.
• Sheriff’s deputies served 10 warrants.
• The office processed five documents involving personal property actions and served three documents involving a personal property action.
• Deputies transported three state prison inmates and made 59 county inmate transports.
• The office provided assistance on seven occasions to other law enforcement agencies.
• Mileage traveled by deputies for the month was 2,525.
