The state police’s Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited the Greene County Slavonic Club of Crucible for allegedly failing to submit annual reports and maintain records between Feb. 2 and Aug. 22.

DUNKARD

Single-car crash: State police are investigating a single-car crash that occurred shortly after 7 a.m. Nov. 1 on Dilliner Hill Road in Dunkard Township. Police said Aaron D. Lynch, 22, of Washington, was driving north when his car left the road and he crashed into a tree. Neither he nor his passenger, Dee Duval, 34, of Brownsville, was injured.

WAYNESBURG

Burglary charge: Jesse William Patterson Jr., 29, of 55 S. Richhill St., Waynesburg, was charged Wednesday with burglary, criminal mischief, trespassing, harassment and disorderly conduct after Waynesburg police said he kicked open a South Morris Street home’s door Sept. 22 and threatened the resident. Police said the damage to the door cost $1,200.
