Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Dashawn Ellis Whitaker, 23, 133 Charles St., Washington; simple possession; charged April 20, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Kenadi Kenadi Savol, 22, 103 Highland Terrace, Donora; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 31, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.
Austin Lee McCartney, 23, 935 W. Chestnut St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 29; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Ryan Richard Fonner, 25, 616 Fayette St., Washington; possession of prohibited offensive weapons; charged June 25, 2016; sentence – six months of probation and forfeiture of prohibited weapon.

David William Henning, 33, 625 B Geary St., Monongahela; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 11, 2015; sentence – six months of probation and $300 fine.
Bryan Kelley, 53, 407 First St., Monessen; driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license; charged Aug. 28, 2016; sentence – 63 days to six months in jail, $2,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Hailee Dawn Biwer, 20, 62 Walnut St., Ellsworth; accident involving death or personal injury, reckless endangerment and meeting/overtaking a school bus; charged Oct. 24, 2016; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, $250 fine and 100 hours of community service.
Donald Alan Franks, 48, 24 Coppi Lane, Apt. 5, Charleroi; possession with intent to distribute heroin; charged June 28, 2016; sentence – 24 months in the state intermediate punishment program and three years of probation.
Elijah Allen Hildebrand, 32, 128 Statement Ave., Washington; theft; charged July 19, 2015; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and 100 hours of community service.
Steven W. Blayney, 49, 527 Sundust Road, Eighty Four; defiant trespass and retail theft; charged July 7; sentence – 12 months of probation, $300 fine, 15 hours of community service and no contact with Giant Eagle.
Zachery Arron Campbell, 19, 502 Clyde St., Oakdale; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict and 50 hours of community service.
Jody L. Grable, 55, 934 Mckean Ave., Charleroi; harassment; charged July 24; sentence – 90 days of probation.
Marc R. Hamer, 27, 101 Plainview Ave., Belle Vernon; disorderly conduct; charged June 25; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Jason Jenkins, 25, 422 Jackson St., Apt. 3, Monongahela; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 30 and July 28; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Kimberly A. Wilhelm, 53, 874 SR 481, Carroll Township, Monongahela; retail theft; charged May 17; 12 months of probation and no contact with Dollar General.
Benjamin Martin Ursic, 30, 8611 N. Bay Road Road, Scoi, Ohio; driving under the influence; charged Sept. 17, 2016; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Joseph R. Stansberry, 25, 426 Locust Road, Waynesburg; possession of heroin; charged April 29; sentence- 12 months of probation without verdict.
Gavin Lee Pager, 28, 415 Woodward Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 27, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Joshua Lee Brown, 33, 305 Clover St., Brownsville; access device fraud and conspiracy; charged Oct. 12, 2016; sentence – one to two years in jail, two years of probation and restitution.
Jessica Lynn Thompson, 29, 119 Cyrus Ave., Hubbard, Ohio; theft by deception; charged July 16, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, 25 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.
Scott Cook, 64, 728 Fallowfield Ave., Apt. 3B, Charleroi; simple assault; charged Feb. 22; sentence – six to 12 months in jail and no contact with the victims.
Tiffany Rose Cox, 22, 40 Manor Drive, Burgettstown; possession of drug paraphernalia, improper restraints, driving with a suspended license and theft; charged June 22, 2015; sentence – 24 months of probation and no contact with the victim.
Aaron Michael Evers, 33, 409 Marne Ave., Monongahela; driving without a license and two counts of theft; charged Nov. 14, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation, 12 months in the intermediate punishment program, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with the victims.
John J. Wolensky, 53, 1212 Lafayette Ave., Prospect Park; two counts of disorderly conduct; charged June 15; sentence – $300 fine.
Damon A. Walters, 24, 602 Shady Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment; charged May 8; sentence – 12 months of probation, $300 fine and no contact with the victim.
David Carl Decker, 25, 201 McKean Ave., Donora; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 1, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.

Jasper Jerquil Jones, 25, 320 South Ave., Apt. 12, Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged June 1; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with Dollar General.
Skyler C. George, 27, 48 Chestnut Ridge Road, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 17, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Tirik Devon Thomas, 28,, 50 South Hills Terrace, Brownsville; simple assault and terroristic threats; charged May 24; sentence – one to 12 months in jail and two years of probation.
Clayton Raymond Warmus, 26, address unknown; theft; charged Feb. 23; sentence – 30 days to 23 months in jail, restitution, 75 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.
Tyler B. Belford, 37, 612 Edwards Ave., Belle Vernon; violating duty at stop sign, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving; charged Jan. 1, 2015; sentence – $75 fine.
Scott Deel, 60, 49761 High St. Extension, St. Clairsville, Ohio; criminal solicitation of child pornography; charged Aug. 15, 2016; sentence – 60 months in the intermediate punishment program and six months on electronic home monitoring.
Storee M. Robinson, 31, 901 Plummer School Road, West Newton; false identification to a law enforcement officer and driving an unregistered vehicle; charged Oct. 18, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and $75 fine.
Tiffany Lorraine Sloneker, 31, 123 W. Walnut St., Apt. 2, Washington; access device fraud; charged Jan. 19; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Benjamin Scott Craig, 51, 230 Hallam Ave., Meadow Lands; simple assault, resisting arrest and public drunkenness; charged Nov. 13, 2016; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months of probation, $2,300 fine and 100 hours of community service.
Nicco Methew Derrick, 22, 37 Muntown Road, Eighty Four; driving under the influence and accidents involving damage; charged April 1; sentence – 18 months of probation, $300 fine and 25 hours of community service.
The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for various first offenses and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:
